YG, Gunna, & Ty Dolla $ign blend their styles on “Surgery.”
On Friday, YG dropped his My Life 4Hunnid project, and fans are loving it already. Over the years, YG has been consistent and, as he delivers his signature West Coast sound, this new album is no exception.
YG tries to change things at some points, especially on the song “Surgery” where he enlists Ty Dolla $ign and Gunna for a more sexually explicit song.
All three artists equate sex to the act of surgery with this track, which definitely offers some descriptive imagery for listeners. All of this is achieved through a sweet little guitar sample, which contributes to the track's overall vibe.
