Chocolate City Music recording artist Young Jonn has released a new single titled “Currency.”
With a verse from Olamide packed with punchlines, he switches flows between Yoruba and English to describe some tough situations he has gone through in life.
The Killertunes and Young Jonn-produced song, “Currency,” is an Afrobeat record that demonstrates Young Jonn and Olamide's compatibility in a song.
In his 2023 debut, Young Jonn teams up with YBNL Nation general Olamide to deliver a song that narrates real-life circumstances.
Young Jonn and Olamide, who are obsessed with the money on their song, have a catchphrase: “If you have a problem, call God; oh, if you have business, holla at me.”
Young Jonn's record “Currency” will serve as an insight into his forthcoming debut album, to be released under Chocolate City Music, which follows his recent EP, “Love is Not Enough (L.I.N.E.).”
